Cons: Ive stayed here before many times and it has never been like this. In usually 2nd floor but there were big events this weekend and I paid almost double what normally do. This time it was third floor and it looked like someone had had sex on the bed when we got in the room. The TV didn't work properly and it was dirty. Everything was disgusting. Considering I'm a normal guest here I was very disappointed.

The bathroom was a total train wreck: the latch was broken/missing so the door wouldn’t shut, the grab rail in the shower was broken, and the light flickered/strobed so bad I got dizzy. I complained to the front desk about the light, and was told it would get fixed, but it never was. Also, I requested an extended check out till noon, and it was granted, but the front desk called my room around 11:45am to make sure I was leaving.

Cons: The room was old and tattered, with bathroom tiles loose, the handel in the shower ripped out of the wall and dumped me on the floor - with the front desk not being concerned. interent was not working, and the front desk would argue with you that it worked for them - thus not being responsible or taking any action. even when a group of us were complaining, this did not phase the front desk. I would also like to make a non-racial comment that the staff are all from india, and have that lack of personal responsiblity style of management. don't stay at this location!!!

Pros: Honestly horrible. The rooms stink, there was writing on the walls and furniture. Scary. If u stay, put the furniture against the door and barricade yourself in to give you a hint of safety. We received a refund immediately.

Pros: Absolutely Nothing.
Cons: Where do I start? Staff was extremely rude. Got to the room and there were roaches in the sink. There was a TON of mould on the shower curtain and around the toilet. Water was luke warm at best. other rooms had been condemned by city. J

Cons: It's was horribly dirty and infested with roaches. The bath tub had greyish goo inside the tube with hair everywhere and stains all over the bathroom from who know what. I didn't even shower there cause it was so nasty and had an anxiety attack.

Cons: Everything. It was disgusting! Roaches in the bathtub. There was food In the mini fridge. Just plain filthy

Cons: My room had roaches in in. The fridge wasn't plugged in when I got there, so I had to plug it in myself. The fridge was also extremely disgusting inside it, There were roaches crawling around inside it. The tub was disgusting.

Cons: We sat in the room to relax. Turned off the lights and turned on the TV. I got up to use the bathroom and when I clicked on the switch, we realized that the ENTIRE room including the bed and couches were covered in cockroaches!

Cons: There was a shooting the one and only night we stayed there and you could hear the police and commotion all night long. But atleast we didn't get out room broken into like we did the night before at the Knights Inn
