Notified hotel of flight t cancellations due to weather caused me to not make the wedding & thus not even get to Dallas. I was stuck in Florida for a couple days but though they assured me I’d not be charged I was. It was never corrected.

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and downtown areas. Many found the rooms clean, spacious, and well-maintained. However, there were mixed experiences with service, with some guests encountering unfriendly or unhelpful staff, while others appreciated helpful front desk employees. Amenities such as microwaves and parking drew criticism for additional costs or lack of convenience, and some guests noted noise issues and accessibility challenges.
