Pros (+) I love the location and the fact it's an older "Florida" hotel
Cons (-) Making up the room was very late in the day. Carpet appeared to be stained and also in need of repairs. Surely a manager could be looking at each room on a weekly basis for items like this. Regular housekeeping staff are too rushed to even report items like that, although they should be able to mark it on a sheet somewhere. Pros (+) I had a roof over head.
Cons (-) There were ants in my room. The gym was under construction but they never informed me. The front desk staff were less than courteous and were fighting when I arrived. The mattresses felt cheap. It was not a 300 per night experience.

Pros (+) Clean hotel, close to lots of restraunts in bars. We will be back we enjoyed our stay.
Cons (-) Hair in our food we had order d room service. It we let the hotel know and they refunded us our dinner so they had great customer service.
