Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and poor service. Many reviews mention dirty linens, bugs, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems throughout the property. However, a few guests appreciated the convenient location and felt the value for price was fair, especially after recent updates under new ownership. Some staff were described as friendly and attentive, but overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives.
