Cons (-) Hard bed, weak AC (it had been in the mid 90s during the day, so AC was relevant), staff that checked us in wasn't too helpful

Pros (+) Good location, large room, offer valet parking at 24 Euro per night.
Cons (-) Staff is always in a bad mood and indifferent to all your needs. We arrived at 12:30 but they wouldnt let us check in until 2:30. Hardly any air conditioning in the room but the unit is so loud loud that you can't sleep, with no way to turn it off. Ugly room. Within 2 hours of checkin, my request to drop the third night was denied. I left a day early but couldnt get a refund, not even for the tour...
