Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access train stations and major attractions on foot. However, many reviews noted the absence of an elevator, which made carrying luggage to higher floors challenging. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the rooms clean and staff friendly, while others mentioned issues with cleanliness and less attentive service. Bed comfort was also mentioned, with some guests finding beds uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and convenience, but improvements could be made in amenities, cleanliness, and accessibility.
