I absolutely love this hotel!! Its a very cozy, centrally located hotel in Florence, Italy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, it was my birthday during my stay and the staff made me feel very special at breakfast and sent me a bottle of champagne to my room. Love this hotel and will stay here again

Pros (+) Outstanding Service. Particularly Concierge (Sergio) and Front Desk. Moderately satisfactory gym on site Very good buffet breakfast and great service. Sound of the chimes of Duomo Great sound proof windows which could be opened if desired
Cons (-) Location too busy for us. Right in the very middle of heavy tourist area. Some people like that, we don't. Small room but that is standard in European city. However, shower was so small that it was almost impossible to maneuver.

Pros (+) The breakfast is excellent, with a very large dining area and lots of selections. The location is also very good, with easy access to the Duomo.
Cons (-) The rooms are tiny by any standard, with so little room between the beds and the walls that you can barely walk beside them. There is no room for a bidet in the minuscule bathroom, and the shower is so small that I had to open the door to be able to wash myself (and I'm not a large person). Cons (-) A bit difficult to find when walking from train station. Room was too warm for my taste. Unable to regulate room temperature. Opened window, and then got a lot of street noise from adjacent busy street.
