Pros (+) For the price and location I thought it was a good deal. The rooms were reasonably appointed. The bathrooms were updated and the wall A/C unit kept the room cool. Cons (-) The bed could be a little more comfortable and the door to the balcony was difficult to get to close (if it wasn't it would bang when blown by the wind).
