Pros (+) The staffs members was very friendly and helpful. The room was niceand clean. Hotel is very close to NAU and historical area.
Cons (-) They did not provide bottles of water in the room. Other than that room was nice and clean. I have nothing negative when I stayed there.

Pros (+) Free breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds with new bedding. Updated and had both fridge and microwave along with iron, coffee maker, and hair dryer. Would stay again.
Cons (-) Check-in was at 2pm but our room wasn't ready until 3pm so we had to wait in the parking lot.

Cons (-) We had a problem with our shower clogging up so we couldn't take showers the first night because by the time we realized it the maintenance man was already gone. The next day it got fixed around noon but one of the front desk workers let my husband take a shower in another empty room since he had to work.
