Very good - except for the coffee. Unfortunately very few establishments in Portugal know how to brew a decent cup of coffee so I do not blame the hotel for this.
Only one minor point: the tablet in the room said that lunch was available at 12.15. Actually the starting time is 12.30 - this matters when you have to leave to catch a bus at 12.55!

I like the fact that the hotel is very near the sanctuary, although in the Main road, it's quiet
The internet is very very slow, the music in the bathroom i can do without!
