Super friendly staff. Great breakfast and best location for sightseeing. Would stay there again next time for sure.

Bring toiletries or you'll have to buy them. I suppose it's more eco friendly this way. Not an issue for most people.

The hotel staff was exceptional from front desk to cleaning staff, to hotel managers, etc. The hotel is right across from the Santuary so it took minutes to arrive at the services. My wife shared that she could not find roasted chestnut in Fatima. The hotel management brought their own from home, had the cook roast them and they were nice and warm when we got back to the hotel. They go the extra mile!!

Location is just across the street of the sanctuary of Fatima. staff: Patricia was over welcoming, she assisted in every small details of our needs. She was super friendly and very informative. the interior : hotel looks like a boutique hotel, you can smell the cleanliness, the comfort and the experience.

Very clean, modern, hotel with very friendly staff, a beautiful garden to dine in & a lovely pool area. There was a delightful (free) breakfast buffet with outstanding coffee (best coffee in our 3 week Spain/Portugal trip!) Not an exciting location, but a nice peaceful one; if you just want to relax, this is a great place to do it. We only stayed one night, but we would not have minded another night! Fantastic value!

Directly across the street from the Fatima Shrine. Easy 5-10min walk from the bus station. Excellent service from the staff. Room and bathroom were small but clean and comfortable. Wifi was ok. The restaurant was ok. Definitely stay again if in the area again. Highly recommend if going on a Fatima Pilgrimage.

Perhaps , reception staff could make a bit more effort in welcoming guests (in general, not only us). Since the hotel was recently renovated and one can see a big effort being put into it, a small sauna would do it a great benefit! But this is just an observation, that does not in any way devalue this lovely place!

Location Only needed to walk across the street to reach the Fatima Shrine. Marvelous!

Because most tourists in this hotel are Fatima pilgrims some kind of religious emblem in the foyer to welcome guests would be appreciated.

Extremely comfortable beds, spacious room and shower. Excellent breakfast. Superb location near Fatima religious sites. Great desk service. No problems. No hesitation in rating this a 10.Had a refrigerator.

Nothing, however we did not stay at the Hotel Coracao de Fatima as originally booked. The hotel rebooked us into an adjoining hotel, the Regina Hotel, because a noisy group of young people had been booked into the Hotel Coracao. We couldn't have been happier with the switch.

It’s run by Family. It was a fantastic experience. They where very good. Staff at the reception guided us very well from the check in to check out.

Amazing location, 5min by foot from the Sanctuary and easy to access by car. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast has a big variety of options of food, coffee and juices. Very good value for money!

Rooms are a little bit small for 2 people. Parking spots could be a little better designed and appropriately illuminated.

Hotel is about 10 mins walk from bus station and very close to the basilica. The reception staff is very friendly and shared all the information we needed in Fatima, including mass schedule, restaurants, main visiting spots locations. There is no kettle in the room, it's a bit inconvenient if you want to have some hot water, but the bar staff is always happy to help.

I like everything from staff to room. The toilet is clean which is why I sleep well because there is no lingering stinky smell in my room.The man who manages the dining area, when I go for brakefast, is so nice. He lets me in even if I come early than the set time of 7am.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly and could not be more conveniently located to the sanctuary. All you need to see is within a few minute walk. The staff was very helpful and English speaking, especially the Front Desk person, she was very welcoming.
