Cons (-) We were staying in town as a result of a family member being in the area hospital - we ended up being double billed for one of our two rooms and the hotel also has a hospital rate that is actually more then we could get online.

Pros (+) Bed was super comfortable. Lots of channels on TV. Plenty of hangers. Free water bottle in room. Staff are kind and helpful. Valet service is great.
Cons (-) The carpet felt dirty underfoot. I spread out towels everywhere that I walked so I could go barefoot. Shower head is too low (I'm only 5'-7"). There was something on the back of the toilet seat. I'm not going to speculate what it was...
