Good location, OK facilities.
Location was good, breakfast was decent.
High-speed Internet was anything but. Very frustrating. Asked cleaning folks to come back later when I was in the room in the morning - and they never came back at all. Also, some curious choices: no fan at all in the bathroom, so it was like a steam room. In the actual hot-tub/steam room area on the mezzanine level, the floors were bizarrely slippery (why would you do that? ) and the steam room stunk like mildew. Hot tub was good, though.

We were staying in town as a result of a family member being in the area hospital - we ended up being double billed for one of our two rooms and the hotel also has a hospital rate that is actually more then we could get online.
Bed was super comfortable. Lots of channels on TV. Plenty of hangers. Free water bottle in room. Staff are kind and helpful. Valet service is great.
The carpet felt dirty underfoot. I spread out towels everywhere that I walked so I could go barefoot. Shower head is too low (I'm only 5'-7"). There was something on the back of the toilet seat. I'm not going to speculate what it was...

I had an issue with the sleep number bed. Both remotes worked on the one bed leaving the other deflated. Maintainece looked at it and said they fixed it. They got air in the other bed but the remotes still didn't work. It was late, I dealt with it. Otherwise great room

Website promised breakfast included. Called and confirmed before booking. Call before I left and confirm about breakfast. Upon arrival was told there is no breakfast. I have a teenager to feed so this was a top priority No customer compensation. Part of the problem was no locals working there

I loved being right downtown in Fargo. The staff were delightful and the ease of parking in the ramp where my car was protected was great.
The hotel ONLY has sleep number beds, so I expected them to be high quality. One of them had an incredibly loud (obviously broken) motor and the other one was single chamber - it was very much like a poor quality air mattress. The room was very small and many things were broken including the shower curtain rod. And to top it off, the duvet cover opening was at the head of the bed - I made the mistake of looking in it only to find a very stained and grey insert. Although it looked great when we arrived, we shouldn't have looked so close.
