Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms, with several mentioning modern furnishings and a welcoming lobby. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the level of service, citing unfriendly or inattentive staff. Parking fees and issues were a common complaint, and some felt the hotel did not meet the standards expected from its brand. Overall, while the property itself was praised for comfort and cleanliness, service and extra charges detracted from the experience.
