Internet was spotty, initially non-existent in the room. Had to go to the lobby to log in & then would sometimes work for up to two hours + before disconnecting. We first told that it was due to the fact we were using Apple products…. once we got it to work- we were told that maybe it was due to the fact that our room was in between routers. The morning we were scheduled to checkout, the ceiling above the bathtub started streaming/leaking water from upstairs. We were told that we had to move rooms- took about twenty minutes to switch rooms… but we’re told that we could not do a late checkout until the manager arrived at 10am. They did give us until 12noon, whereas before they had said before that anytime past 1100 would be an additional charge. Later, I found out that my spouse had noticed multiple threadbare spots in the sheet, and several cigarette holes in the bedcover.

Cons:Non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke, one front desk member wasn’t wearing a mask with one customer but then put one on when it was my turn. Shower curtain was moldy, large stains on the chair in the room. TV remote was taped together, several towels had hair on them. We ended up staying elsewhere after a couple hours there; it was easier than trying to get moved to a different room that probably would have had the same issues. 11 months into the pandemic and their sign outside offers a continental breakfast but that has been suspended due to Covid.

Pros:It had the basics of everything and the room was clean.
Cons:The room was a non smoking room and it stunk of cigerattes. Very disappointing to walk into and the smell never left the room. Didn't like the location of the inn, it was difficult to get into and leave.
