I booked the motel because I saw a review that a family went with their 3 dogs, that’s why I booked it. Showed up & they said they only take 2 dogs. The staff wouldn’t let us stay. I had 3 dogs, 1 being 3 weeks old & the others weigh combined 20 pounds. Wouldn’t let us stay, even after I showed them the reviews. I asked for help, none given. Pros (+) Decent, clean rooms, good TVs and channel selection, and courteous and attentive staff.
Cons (-) It didn't feel at all safe, although I was told by staff this was a strange night. I checked in and went to my room, and everything was fine. Then, around 10:30pm, it felt/sounded like something large and heavy had been thrown against the wall joining my room to the one next door. Pros (+) Rooms were fine, staff nice.
Cons (-) They charge for Internet despite the giant sign blinking "wifi here". I suppose it's not dishonest but certainly disingenuous.

Cons (-) Didn't have our room cleaned and ready to be checked into until an hour after check in time. No shampoo. Not so great.
