Cons (-) Pool was cold hot tub and sauna was not working and not advised on cle. Stafff not helpful. No receipt given at check out. Charged for checking in and not advised. Customer service sucked!

Pros (+) Kids enjoyed the pool I personally thought it could of been a bit warmer but happy with it.

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. We had a better night's sleep than we have in a very long time.
Cons (-) There were notes written from the previous guest on the notepad, there was used soap and shampoo in the shower, and there was old food in the refrigerator.
