Pros (+) I liked the photo of the hotel it looked great but I was not able to experience it because kayak did not properly book my hotel like they had promised
Cons (-) I don't like the fact that kayak advertised it as an available room and the hotel called me 9 hours later when I was already about to check in and told me that it's not available. It ruined my vacation and I suggest never using kayak to book your hotel just call them directly because you need to make sure that kayak is going to do their job and you can never be sure of that apparently
