Pros (+) Big picture windows and a nice spot to enjoy some coffee and the view. Friendly staff. Clean and updated with very nice mountain decor. Nice vibe for an inexpensive room. More charm and far nicer than the standard motel room rectangle.
Cons (-) Poor noise insulation. We normally don't have a problem getting sleep, but it sounded like we were below a circus family practicing until after midnight. We could hear every door close and some things we didn't want to hear.

Pros (+) The location was great. The room was clean and neat. The price was great.
Cons (-) The bed was so uncomfortable. Terrible pillows. The shower was awful. You could not adjust the water to maintain comfort for more than 30 seconds. It would go freezing cold or scalding hot. We had to take very brief showers
