Pros (+) A decent, clean, older motel, economically priced. Convenient to I-15, but not noisy. Our room d/n have carpet, but flooring, which we prefer. Bed was fine, quiet AC, and lots of desk/storage space. It was quiet during our 3 nights (during week). Decent cafe next door, which had good breakfast and dinner selections, with craft beer. A great value, if all you want is a "home base" while doing other...
Cons (-) These did not bother us, since we just wanted a reasonable place to stay while doing things in San Diego area, but they may be important to some people: 1) Continental breakfast: coffee, rolls/croissants, some fruit and cereal.
