Another guest greeted me as I arrived at the desk and told me to go somewhere else unless I had already paid. The desk clerk was gone because he had gone to let a guest into their room because they no way to program the key cards. Pros (+) The entire property was undergoing some type of construction and it was incredibly dirty and disgusting. Dust everywhere, tiles missing in bathroom, dead cockroaches in hall and stairway. Windows did not have screens yet opened all the day. Pool door was open but then caution tape across it, pool water was a dark brown green.... absolutely disgusting

Pros (+) Nice location, right off interstate.
Cons (-) There is a $150 cash only deposit which they spring on you at check in. No amenities to speak of and room smelled musty.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Third floor rooms VERY quiet. We had a pleasant and restful stay.
Cons (-) Entrance of hotel was a bit tricky to navigate if you aren't familiar with the confusing intersection at I-90 E exit 27.
