Cons:That particular location was closed even though I could make reservation. Nobody called me to explain that they moved to another location. i had to look for another rental, another car. Lots of stress, waste of time. terrible experience.Reviewed Apr 21 2020

Cons:A full tank of gas would have been great and a tire check as well. Tires had 20 psi in both front tires. Had to stop and pay to get them filled and also too off the tank.Reviewed Jun 15 2019

No car!!Pros:NothingCons:We had arranged to collect the car at 1pm and when we arrived at 1pm the branch had closed for the delay. Even though I called to confirm with the branch a day before?? Ended up spending $125 on a cab to find a open branch which to nearly 2 hours and we ended up using another firm at Newark airport which was a lot more expensive tooReviewed Nov 29 2016

MisleadingPros:They were nice peopleCons:I rented this car through KAYAK after searching for a rental car at LaGuardia Airport. When I arrived in NYC, I discovered they had booked me in a rental car in New Jersey and would not pick me up at the airport, despite their advertising claims of "we'll pick you up." I am a senior citizen with a disability and not familiar with public transportation. I had to spend $65 to take a cab to new Jersey to pick up this rental car and was not able to drop it off at the airport when I left either. The people at the Enterprise location said it was not their fault because I booked it with KAYAK and not them. Whatever money I may have saved was quickly lost with cab fare and inconvenience. I guess I assumed that a car rental from the airport would actually be at the airport.Reviewed Jul 20 2016
