Pros: Michael the branch manager was very helpful and very engaged. I felt very welcomed. Super easy process.

Cost can always be lower.. but the miles are not on my car
Pros: Plenty of room, got an up grade because yhay didn't have what i asked for.
Cons: Car was a bit bigger a bit more on gas than asked for so gas was a bit more.

Ross is not a boss!
Pros: I liked Gerald who came to the rescue was very nice and attentive. Thank You

Flexible!
Pros: I had to move up my rental time an hour which was no problem and then returning the car I returned it an hour later than planned due to road conditions but they have a 1 hour leeway so wasn't charged an extra day which I was happy about.
Cons: You don't find out which car you get until you arrive but it was a Hyundai Sonata and got 35 mpg which was fantasic.

Great rental
Pros: The guys at Enterprise were so nice and friendly. The truck was clean and ready. It didn't take long to process. Would rent from here again.

Great convenience!
Pros: I forgot how nice it was to be picked up and dropped off when renting a car. Made it possible for me to pick it up earlier in the day and have everything packed before my husband got home. If we went with a regular company I would have had to coordinate with my husband's schedule so we could drive together. Plus Enterprise was right down the road from our home.

Pros: Everything was great. Very smooth transaction and got a great deal on a brand new Expedition. After hours drop off was a plus. Would definitely recommend.
