Pros:The Watsonville enterprise office cancelled our rental 2 hours before we were supposed to have picked it up. Their office gave no alternatives, despite the fact that we had the vehicle reserved for 3 weeks ahead of time.Cons:I had to do the work of tracking down a replacement vehicle at the last minute. Al, who works at the enterprise on Ocean St. in Watsonville, did an amazing job to help us. He stayed past closing time to get us a vehicle in time.Reviewed Apr 14 2021

Cons:Enterprise allowed me to rent the car online. The employees had to call and inform me that they didn’t have any cars. To their credit, they did this right away and I appreciate that. The Enterprise company should not be advertising cars they don’t have.Reviewed Sep 19 2019

Pros:The drop-off was easy and I got upgraded to a bigger, very modern car.Cons:When I arrived there,no cars were available, even though I had booked one online (already paid for the insurance).15 minutes later someone dropped off a car and I got it, so it all worked out. Allowed me to select a pickup time after they closed...Cons:The online reservation system allowed me to pick up the rental at 12:00, but they close at 12pm on Saturdays. I received no notification That they would close. Usually you can pick up rental cars after your selected pickup time.Reviewed Oct 7 2018

As advertisedPros:All staff were professional and on and the same page. I had interaction with 6 employees in the coarse of securing a car and returning it. They all appeared to enjoy their work, answered my questions courteously, thoughtfully and knowledgeably. Enterprise company policy is pretty straight forward with more consideration for their customers than all the other national rental agencies I have dealt with. I found Enterprise to be "As Advertised" Refreshing!Cons:Limited hours on the weekend were more than made up for by the fact that I could change my contract without penalties.Reviewed Mar 6 2017
