Worst Service Will Never Use Again
Cons: I selected one city as the pick up and drop off, once confirmed realized they'd stuck me in a city 30 miles away. I was unable to change the location - Hertz said they couldn't do it and car rentals.com said they couldn't make any changes that Hertz had to. Took me nearly an hour to get a representative smart enough to be able to handle this. Horrible service.

Pros: Ease and speed of getting the car and returning it. no hassle there.
Cons: Not worth the value. Turo and similar apps are renting cars without all the fees. The same car I can get for $40 daily. I don't care who gets my business but I'm shopping for the best price and value. This was too expensive for what it was.
