I was given a free upgrade which I thought was really nice but it turned out not to be. The car was returned to Enterprise the day before I picked it up by someone else and it appears to not have been cleaned or checked before it was given to me. There were coffee stains and puddles in the center console and the shifter was wet and sticky. The trunk was soaking wet with puddles of soap and water and the car stunk like a swamp. I could not use the trunk for my suitcases and I was planning to use the car for a road-trip. It turned out to be a cramped road-trip with people and suitcases all in the back seat of the car.Reviewed Aug 21 2024
