Compact car.Pros:The car was super clean. Dropoff and pickup were very fast.Cons:I thought I was supposed to get a bigger model, but was told it was a compact. The website said "specialty" vehicle. Also, the staff had differing stories about how toll roads worked, so they need to be trained on the correct answer.Reviewed Feb 15 2017

Over achievers.Pros:Since I only wanted the vehicle for a day trip, they called me the afternoon before saying I could pick up the rental that afternoon. That allowed me to start my trip before they opened the next morning. No charge picking it up early.
