Pros:NO !Cons:I made the reservation for a car , I was assured it was there , and if I had'nt called to make a time change for pickup I would not have known there was no vehicle available . I passed on two sure oppurtunitys and that's what I got ! I was also told that someone would call me back and that never happened ! I drove to Enterprise location the next morning and got zero results . I then called Enterprise Corporate office and they wanted to make me a reservation for the following Monday ! The lady there assured me a district manager would contact me and that never happened ! Todaybis 3/10/21 and I still have not heard a word from Enterprise !!!To Enterprise : I will walk before I rent from you again !Reviewed Mar 10 2021

Cons:Perhaps informing car rental policy Prior to making reservation. A major credit card is needed. Without one, a debit card will not suffice. I was told when picking the car up, credit card with debit symbol is not accepted. No help either as you're spoken to as if you are a thief. No kindness given looking at you as well tone of voice so direct you’re spoken to with disrespect. The worst experience ever renting a car!Reviewed Jun 6 2020

Car NOT AVAILABLE.Pros:None.Cons:They didn't have a 4-door sedan that I reserved/needed/wanted. They could offer only a VAN or a Pickup Truck which was not suitable for my requirements. I didn't rent.Reviewed Sep 17 2018

ConfusionPros:Personal service at pickup was good, although I was told that I couldn't be retrieved from where I was and taken to the rental location. Earlier, I had been told that I could be picked up by a closet location, but when I called that office, they said that the woman that told me this was mistaken since they had no cars.Cons:Don't make promises you can't keep.
