Pros:Comfortable car. Service at pickup was good, they were very busy and the cars weren’t clean at the time of pickup.Cons:The first car we got was obviously recently smoked in and we requested a change in car. We got a less valuable car than the original (smoked in car). The car was previously smoked in but had been covered up and was not as strong as the first. That was very disappointing. Ever had a bad experience with an enterprise car until this rental.Reviewed Apr 11 2021

Pick up horror storyPros:Nothing. Description to follow.Cons:Ordered car online. Location was on a Pensacola Navy base which required DOD security clearance to enter. Appeared to be regular pick up location online. Called Enterprise to fix. They said they confirmed availability and transferred my reservation & sent me to location 10 miles away who had zero cars available. The wanted to give me 9 passenger “church style van”. Second location wanted to help but they had nothing. They said corporate representative never called to check availability. After waiting a long time another car was returned which they gave me. Hours wasted on our Florida vacation.Reviewed Feb 25 2018

Disappointed, Not the Service I have been accustomPros:PickupCons:Car was dirty and smelled like Cigarette smoke. Called a hour before pickup to ensure that the Chrysler 200 I requested was available and was told it was there and would be waiting on me. When I arrived I received a different car that was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke that I'm allergic to. But was told that's all they had. My company rents alot of cars for its employees.....
