Cons:They told us our appointment was at 12, but the store closed at 12. When we got there a couple minutes late (thinking we wouldn’t even be allowed to pick up the car early) they were closed and we had to go somewhere else to rent a car. Very stressful and disappointing.Reviewed Oct 27 2020

Pros:The staff was friendly and the car was great. I also really enjoyed that you could pay for gas up front and not have to fill up before returning the car.Cons:When I arrived they first said that they would have to clean up a car and I would have to wait. This was frustrating since I had reserved way in advance and I was on a schedule so that was slightly stressful but luckily they were able to find one that was already cleaned and I was able to leave right away.Reviewed Oct 20 2020

Pros:I liked ho the staff tried to accommodate me regardless of the inconvenience.Cons:Communication and efficiency. Made a reservation for a SUV and none were available. Had to wait an excessive amount of time and settled for a car. A car in which I did not like.Reviewed Oct 20 2020

Pros:Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially given the busy holiday season (we rented on December 24th). I always get exceptional service with Enterprise and is one of the biggest reasons i keep coming backCons:There was a lot of quick turnaround on that day and the car i got did smell of smoke from previous renter. This was a first time that this ever occurred, so it was the exception, not the norm. The car otherwise ran beautifully, was a 2020 with only 2k miles on it. I informed the staff of the smoke smell of when i returned and they were extremely apologetic.Reviewed Dec 30 2019
