Cons:
They told us our appointment was at 12, but the store closed at 12. When we got there a couple minutes late (thinking we wouldn’t even be allowed to pick up the car early) they were closed and we had to go somewhere else to rent a car. Very stressful and disappointing.7,6 Good

The staff was friendly and the car was great. I also really enjoyed that you could pay for gas up front and not have to fill up before returning the car.Cons:
When I arrived they first said that they would have to clean up a car and I would have to wait. This was frustrating since I had reserved way in advance and I was on a schedule so that was slightly stressful but luckily they were able to find one that was already cleaned and I was able to leave right away.Budget

I showed up to the airport Hertz desk at O'Hare airport only to be told that, not only is the Stone Park Hertz facility many miles from the airport but should I hire a driver to deliver me there, it would be closed for the night by the time I arrived.2,0 Poor
