Great Experience
Pros: Check in was smooth and staff was very friendly. Great car that exceeded our expectations. When dropping off the car we left a bag in our car and the staff member we found in his car went out of his way to get us out bag and not miss our flight. A+ operation and will use them again when traveling to Boston.

Smooth, easy transaction. Excellent value.
Pros: We chose to rent from this location rather than the airport, as the cost was just over half, including cab fare to and from the airport. The initial transaction was quick and smooth, the car served us well with no problems, and when we returned the car we were in and out in no time. Great value here!

It's Relative
Pros: The staff in Chelsea were friendly and efficient. It was way cheaper than renting from the airport even though it was convenient to the airport.
Cons: There was a factory recall on our vehicle. We appreciated being informed immediately, however the staff in Pittsfield wasn't nearly as friendly and we ended up with a car not nearly as nice.

top-notch customer service!
Pros: The people who worked with me were so kind and friendly! The warmest and most personable rental car employees I've ever encountered. I was pretty grumpy after travel and navigating rush hour Boston traffic, etc., and they really turned my day around with their enthusiasm and friendliness.
Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: I was called by enterprise saying the location pick up didn't have what I needed and sent me to different location that charged me triple the original quote. Sadly I probably won't go through kayak for future car rentals.

LABOR DAY W.E.
Pros: They handled a very, I mean very, busy time at the Boston Logan Airport. They did so with poise and professionalism as the cars that were ready weren't those people had necessarily reserved. They hustled but didn't lose appreciation for the customers. The wait was minimal.
Cons: Needed to adjust pick-up and drop-off times and the only way was to drop entire reservation per website; thus putting my trip at risk.

2 hours wasted
Pros: Dropping off the car was quick and easy but picking it up was a tiny slice of hell.
Cons: They were short staffed and didn't have any cars available so me and several others waited and waited and waited. The staff was still friendly but the office was poorly managed.
