Pros:The lady at he airport rental in Baton Rouge was vwry helpful.Cons:The location said "on airport" for pickup however was a 30 minute drive from the airport.Reviewed Jan 27 2018

TrickedPros:Return was easyCons:I used the airport code to find a car. Booked economy. Got to the airport to pick it up and they told me I booked it off site and that location was already closed. (Why would it let me book the car if I was booking when the location was closed?) So the airport said they could only get me a full size and I would have to pay for a full size. According to the employee, this happens to people a lot. Unacceptable. Not using Enterprise again. Haven't received email receipt.Reviewed Oct 27 2017

Off airport pickupPros:Got a Camry because first car inspection sticker was expired!!Cons:Had to spend $25 in cab fare to get to off airport Enterprise pickup location. Price for airpor pickup and return was $100 more. Ridiculous.Reviewed Apr 12 2017

Pros:Upgraded the car at no extra cost after I pointed out inspection sticker was expired.Cons:No model of vehicle requested, wanted more $ for another car, inspection sticker was expired. Took 30 min longer than I alloted. Said insurance I bought from Kayak wouldn't work. Still don't know what was up with that.Reviewed Apr 11 2017
