Pros:NothingCons:You guys could have a better grasp of inventory. I was sent to 2 different places with reassurance that they cars only to be told they have nothing. I even spoke with customer service line who said the same thing. After giving me the run around, I was told very nonchalantly and rudely ’there is nothing we can do for you. Try again tomorrow. Goodbye.’ Very inconvenient and inconsistent. Very little care about peoples time or plans. Should change a lot of things.Reviewed Oct 3 2020

Pros:Easy pick up and drop off despite the covid19 pandemic.Cons:The car wasn't the most comfortable and the visibility out the back window wasn't very good. Also knowing we were traveling through a state with electronic tolls, they could have been more informative about whether there is a service fee or not. I was told there wouldn't be but there was an additional $8 charge!Reviewed Sep 4 2020

Cons:Don't have your "call center" book appointments for enterprise locations without ACTUALLY checking to see if that store HAS the cars available. And if that mistake IS made, the customer deserves to be given the price confirmed on the phone with the representative from the call center when they get to the store to pick up a car. Even if it IS for a bigger or more premium vehicle. It is not the customer's fault that Enterprise is just trying to make a buck and making promises to everyone they can over the phone thru their call center. That is your way of ripping people off who you know HAVE to be somewhere by making them pay more for a more expensive car when they get to the location to pick it up. Oh how conveniently you don't have the compact economy cars when you show up. Shame on you.Reviewed May 3 2016

Through Kayak great experiencePros:We were upgraded for free because they did not have the class that we rented. We had a flat at no fault of enterprise( a nail) and they exchanged the vehicle fast with no problems. Pros:Drop off super easy and they returned a fairly valuable item I had left in the car via their Lost n Found department. That turned what could have been a sour ending to our trip into a very positive view of Enterprise.Cons:The car was not quite a clean as it could have been a pick up. However it may have been one of the busiest weeks of the year for them in Augusta with the Masters just getting over that day.Reviewed Apr 28 2019
