Nearly new, very helpful staff, above average breakfast. Good value for the money.
Appears to attract some undesirable guests or visitors. No sure why.

This facility is newer and our room was well equipped for charging electronics, comfy, and clean. When our TV was first tried it wouldn't power up. The man who checked us in immediately came to our room and resolved the issue quickly.
The television mount needs to be changed so that the sitting area with the couch can easily view the TV.

Breakfast was good. Heating and A/C did not work but was fixed after we reported it to staff.. No channel guide for TV. Sheets never changed during 4 day stay.
Hotel is a little out of the way and isolated in the southern part of Elkhart Need to drive a few minutes to get to restaurants etc.
