Cons (-) Not sure how this place had a 8.0 rating. Seemed dated and not very well insulated. we could clearly hear a phone conversation goin on in the next room til after midnight. Over all we were somewhat disappointed in our stay.

Pros (+) Cheap price. Location is AWESOME - safe, well lit property right off the highway on a business drive shared other hotels and multiple restaurants all within walking distance (as in, across the parking lot). Pet-friendly. Clean, updated rooms. Friendly staff. Good TV channel selection.
Cons (-) Paper-thin walls and ceiling. With arrivals into the late-night/morning hours, we were continuously woken up. Mattress was cheaper than what we expected based on the pictures but it was still comfortable for the price. Pet fee ($25 per pet, per night) was surprisingly high for this grade of hotel. Would have been a deal-breaker if we stayed more than 1 night.
