Pros (+) The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they need some updating.
Cons (-) I left my phone charger at the room, but I called the hotel and asked them to hold it for me until I came back from my trip. When went back to retrieve it no one knew of the request and of course I never recovered the item.
Pros (+) The rooms where great, very roomy
Cons (-) We call a couple of times for the toilet wasn't working well and the phone didn't worked for two days. They also should leave an extra tissue box just in case we run out of it so we don't have to bother housekeeping. Specially when the phone is not working.
Pros (+) Location was good, They are pet friendly.
Cons (-) Room had a roach problem. Toilet was not bolted down good. AC did not work well. Wall were very thin could hear everything in the room above. There were many young men loitering around at midnight did not give you a safe feeling.
