Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, with many staff members, especially at the reception and restaurant, receiving special mentions for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Cleanliness was another highlight, as many found the rooms and common areas to be spotless and well maintained. The location was appreciated for its convenience to attractions and accessibility. Breakfast received positive feedback for its quality and variety, although a few guests noted limited options. Some reviews mentioned room size as adequate or small, but this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. There were occasional complaints about noise from maintenance, lack of certain amenities, and issues with room assignments, but these were outweighed by the positive aspects.AI-generated from customer reviews
