Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature and its friendly, helpful staff and owners, who provided excellent recommendations and assistance. Many enjoyed the unique estancia experience, the on-site restaurant, and the tranquil atmosphere. However, some guests noted drawbacks such as small or basic rooms, limited amenities, issues with breakfast quality, and the need for transportation to reach town or trailheads. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was highly positive for those seeking a relaxing stay close to nature.
