Pros: breakfast was good
Cons: coffee was not hot
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and accommodations
Cons: No
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The bathroom is sparkling clean, as is the rest of the room. We received a glass of champagne upon check in. The bar is great for an evening drink and the caramel apple pie is amazing.
Cons: We were informed of a wedding taking place when we checked in. However, we were not told that the room we were put in was directly above the dance floor for the wedding. The bass was so loud the bathroom fixtures rattled for 2 hours. We couldn't even watch tv. When we asked about switching rooms, we were told the hotel was full. (We noticed that wedding guests were put in rooms on the top floor where it was much quieter.) Our "view room" looked directly out at an overgrown tree, blocking our view of the lake. In the hallway outside our room, we smelled the distinct odor of pot being smoked. This is not the experience we've come to expect at the Woodmark. If we hadn't stayed here several times before and had amazing experiences, we would never return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was helpful, it was not crowded, easy parking, excellent service.
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, amazing beds & pillows, very clean!
Cons: The only thing is that the bath tub seems very dangerous to get in & out. That should have a grab bar on the side & a anti slipping surface at the bottom.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible water view, nice room, beautiful bathrooms, wonderful lobby spaces, "Raid the Pantry" at night, restaurants on site
Cons: We were charged an "amenity fee" of $15 plus tax when we checked out. They very nicely explained that it was for free coffee in the lobby, newspapers, apples, etc. I don't think that was appropriate given the price of staying there.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, great waterfront location, nice common areas for relaxation and reading, safe and beautiful to jog along the water. Welcoming feeling.
Cons: No minibar. The room was a bit on the small side. Expensive for a regular hotel room and being far from the city.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful setting. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was truly dog friendly, had a green space for our dog to do her business.
Cons: No complaints.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel people where very courteous
Cons: I was billed twice for the stay ... And it's so difficult to resolve this issue
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Always a pleasure staying here
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was excellent but it was the staff that made it special. Everyone we came in contact with from the bellman to the front desk clerk bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Excellent stay!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Being able to kayak and location on the lake
Cons: Was woken up at 2am by a lady screaming at her drunk husband and then punching each other throwing things I had to call the hotel front desk that called security. Screaming did not stop for about an hour so I did not sleep at all

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. The linens, luxurious rooms were so comfortable and quiet. We will continue to stay at the Heathman on future travels.
Cons: All good!
1,0 Poor
Cons: I asked if it was possible to have a refund weeks before and never had a response... now i get this survey? Adding salt to the wound...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff held themselves to the upmost professional selves. Everything was clean and comfortable. We requested a microwave and it was provided quickly. We were there for work and had to extend for an unexpected night. My reservation hadn’t gone through yet and needed to run around for work before checkout but wouldn’t be back until after checkout. They were more than happy to accommodate us, so very grateful for this. Seriously, all staff members we came in contact with were friendly and professional.
Cons: Microwave was delivered dirty, ice was only available in a bag (from the front desk only-no ice buckets for the rooms) and the elevator was abnormally cold.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding service & staff!! We were displaced from our home for a short time and the Heathman felt like a second home with live-in service! Will come back just for the enjoyment of it!!
Cons: Would enjoy larger flat screens in the rooms bit that's merely a "would be nice to have"
7,0 Good
Pros: Staff was polite, no waiting in lines, close proximity to downtown Kirkland, clean room, robes, very hot water - good water pressure.
Cons: Thin poorly insulated walls, neighbors keep us up at night with normal conversation volume, loud.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Love the location. Easy to walk around downtown shops & restaurants.
Cons: Not enough coffee & creamers inside the room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of decor

Pros: Suite and location.
Cons: Nope.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service and exceptionally clean rooms. Rooms were quiet and up to date with current amenities.
Cons: Elevator was freezing cold
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a situation of excessive noise at 1am. In the morning Quinn, The Front Office Supervisor was outstanding dealing with my frustration. I appreciated his professionalism and how he handled it. Thank-you Heathman and thank-you Quinn!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor and calm and classy vibe.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room is fairly new and was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was good and the unit included a full-service kitchen that was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils. The parking lot and surrounding area were very well lit. The heat/AC was fairly quiet and the room was in a quiet location. Separate shower and vanity areas so two people can get ready easily in the am. Easy access to freeways, restaurants, and the mall.
Cons: The fireplace did not work well. You had to have the door open a bit to get enough draft to have the smoke go up the chimney (yes, I make sure the damper was wide open). It was 35 degrees outside, so we had to put the fire out. No big deal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort and cleanliness
9,2 Excellent

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: 1.Greatly understaffed 2.Evening reception a chaotic mess 3. Housekeeping inattentive (or maybe understaffed) 4. Courtyard was LOUD, even after 11PM 5. No reply from manager since I emailed five days ago
6,0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfy, not the pillows though.
Cons: The staff at the front desk didn’t seem to be fully trained and constantly had to ask each other questions. When checking in, a staff member looked at me 3 times and didn’t call me to the desk until my partner walked up next to me asking what was taking so long. While checking me in he continued his conversation with another staff member. Generally the staff made me feel I was interrupting their tasks by needing to help me. Our clock was changed for fall back before we had checked in on Friday so we didn’t have an accurate clock until the morning we checked out. The rolling chair in the room felt like it’d tip you out at any movement.

Cons: I arrived around 10 PM with two co-workers after flying cross-country from Boston. The booking confirmation number for my room and one of my coworkers did not work and, not only did they tell us there was no room for us, but they did not help us AT ALL in finding accommodation for the night. We had to do this entirely ourselves and I even had to follow up with a call and go back the next day to make sure they did not charge my credit card for a "cancellation". Lastly, when I asked for a copy of the cancellation, they DENIED to give me one, saying that they simply did not give copies of cancellations. Terrible, terrible service and horrible experience booking through booking.

Pros: The unit was great, very clean and was larger than my apartment. A full kitchen is great. Breakfast was great!! Separate sleeping room is fantastic.
Cons: The units were like an apartment complex and I had a long walk in the rain to the office and breakfast. The TV service didn't have any local channels or music channels. I had a second floor unit and had trouble getting my items in the unit. No local restaurants, grocery stores or fast food.

Pros: The room was great, the staff was great. The only thing is, when I checked in they told me I couldn’t stay because I wasn’t 21 and nowhere on the website did it say that, I wish for you to put that on there for future visitors, luckily they were able to push the rules for me because I had a training course there the next morning, so I’m very thankful I didn’t have to stay on the streets of Lynnwood!

Essentials: the room was clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, the shower was nice and hot and the towels were fluffy. I was very happy with my stay there!
Cons: I only popped into the breakfast for coffee, so I don't know what the food was like, but the coffee was pretty bad...very weak. Pros: Friendly staff chocolate chip cookies at check in were awesome!
Cons: The cooked food like eggs and sausage in the free breakfast were not very good
4,6 Okay
Cons: I booked a king room online and when I arrived I got the keys and went to the room. Both room keys didn’t work and the room I was given already had people in it. I went told the front desk person and got a different room. He gave me a handicap room that was also a shared room. It was not a quiet room at all as I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. Also since it was a handicap room the shower head was a slight up and down one. The shower head would not stay up, every time I put it up it would slide back down all the way to the shortest spot. I called the front desk and explained the situation and he switched me rooms. I ended up with double queen bed room which was not super thrilled about since I reserved a king. He was very rude about the situation and acted as if it was my fault that I was now on the third room and yet it was him that gave me a room that was occupied and then a room and was inadequate. He never apologized for anything in regards to the hotels fault.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable king bed, lots of channels to watch on t.v. Chinese restaurant at lower level had good food for our dinner. It’s kinda off the beaten path so it was quiet at night . It’s definitely a unique layout of the building and Chinese themed decorations. Good value for the price.
Cons: The heater in the room was quite loud and there was no microwave in the room but there was a fridg. I had to use the microwave in the common area . There is a big construction job going on across the street making it a little loud during the day. The shower tub area needs some updating or Re caulking looked a little stained or moldy on the borders of the tub.

Pros: Very quiet location. When we arrived it seemed very empty. The woman at the front desk was very kind. The room that we were given was a suite and it was very spacious. Pros: Friendly desk staff. Room surprisingly large and hotel was very quiet throughout. Nice lobby and good location. Great value for the money.
Cons: Wifi was a little sketchy. Bathroom shampoo was pretty awful.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: After driving up to a very nondescript building, the inside of the hotel was very lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and we loved having a microwave and small refrigerator. Great hotel and we'll return!
Cons: The Wi-Fi is TERRIBLE, very slow and would cut off for no reason!

Pros: Good location
Cons: Breakfast rather meager. Room Ok
5,0 Okay
Pros: Good but a bit odd. No drawers or shelves in the furniture making unpacking difficult. Curtains hang over the heat/air unit so your air goes inside them to the window. Very limited towels. 80's vibe but clean and a bit fun.
Cons: Good but a bit odd. No drawers or shelves in the furniture making unpacking difficult. Curtains hang over the heat/air unit so your air goes inside them to the window. Very limited towels.

Pros: Lobby was nice, breakfast was good, and the room was nice.
Cons: Parking lot wasn't the easiest to navigate.

Pros: The room was clean and the foyer was tastefully done up like an atrium. The staff were polite and helpful. The king room was comfortable and quiet.
Cons: It was pretty bare bones. No clock, pen or note pad in the room. No fire escape plan on the door! Stains on the chair upholstery.
5,0 Okay
Pros: it was close to the convention center
Cons: The breakfast does not start until 7am travelers or people on working projects need to start going by that time a 6am breakfast would work much better.

Pros: The beds are very comfortable
Cons: They don’t say anywhere on the website that they charge a $150 deposit. The lady at the front desk also told us that they can charge more depending “what people look like.” If you can’t afford the $150 coming off of your debit card while on a trip, don’t come here, it definitely screwed me over.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
Cons: The shower was not great. No mirror in the room other than the bathroom.

Cons: Tv wasn't working , no coffee in the room or wasn't working

Cons: We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the last 9 years. We have always rated it perfect for value, location, cleanliness and facilities. But we can’t do that this time. Our first room the window was actually falling out of the frame. Our second room smelled fusty, the TV didn’t work and the coffee was god awful. The icing on the cake was there is no longer a continental breakfast. It was advertised at booking, nothing was said differently upon check-in, so we got up to have breakfast only to be told by the receptionist (who was sleeping at first) that they no longer do it. We are disappointed that after all this time we will now have to find another hotel. There are a few more in the area that are the same cost so we will give those a try next time.
