Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access city attractions and transport. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, with some highlighting positive experiences at the front desk and with hostel activities. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with frequent complaints about dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and issues like bed bugs. Bed comfort was also criticized, with several guests mentioning old, noisy, or uncomfortable mattresses and bunk beds. Bathrooms received negative feedback for cleanliness, inconsistent water temperature, and lack of amenities, though a few guests noted regular cleaning efforts. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, bed comfort, and bathroom facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
