Speedy check in
Rooms and main areas of hotel looking a little tired and in need of refurb. Items broken in room and bathroom. Mold growing on ceiling in the bathroom. No plug to use the bath. Sink tap very loose. We stayed 2 nights but the room wasnt made up after the first night despite the fact we were out the room all day and put the make up room sign on door. Had to ask at 8pm and took over an hour for someone to come couldnt even use free tea and coffee as no clean cups or milk. Night 2 inconsiderate guests slamming and banging doors. Surely a soft close mechanism could be installed. Noisy room neighbours. On checkout staff appeared disintetested. Did not ask if we had had a good stay.
Good location and the room was excellent
Was charged £3 for 2 packets of crisps at the bar, ridiculous.
Short walk from Haymarket Station, good choice of cafes in close proximity.
We had to ask for the 3rd bed to made up. We asked twice for a 3rd mug (still waiting) not enough tea/coffee/milk for 3 people. Clothing left in wardrobe by previous occupants.
Location and a good feed in kitchen restaurant
The bed was hard
The bed was really comfy, hotel in a great location near to Haymarket train station and friendly service
