Pros (+) Location, location, location. Within walking distance (<1 mile) of every place I needed to be or wanted to see on a mostly-business trip. Nice views from my 4th floor window facing Prince St. Bathroom...
Cons (-) Mattress was soft and showing some age. Some street noise--a tradeoff for the view, and not intrusive with the window and curtains closed after 10 pm.
