Pros (+) I told them I am severely asthmatic. When I walked into the room I immediately smelled musty old rug that was cleaned at least dozens of times and exhausted its useful life a long time ago. I went back to the front desk and told them needed a different room for medical reasons and willing to pay more. The front desk person and the day manager told me that they did not have availability without any...
Cons (-) The front desk staff should care about the wellbeing of their customers. Poorly trained and inconsiderate.
