Cons: The place is run-down and a renovation is overdue. The place is dark and the old carpets leave a bit of a grubby atmosphere

Pros: The Rembrandt is my go-to hotel when I travel to Japan for work! The bed is cozy, the curtains black-out the space, and there's a hair dryer in the bathroom. Plus, this is one of few hotels in Japan with cereal and milk! Makes me a very happy traveler.
Cons: I would have liked to have 5 hangers in the closer, one for each day of the week. I only had 4.

Pros: I love the location, easy to shopping, convenient to get transportation. All staffs in Rembrandt Hotel Atsugi are very nice and kind. Good response and very helpful to all my request! Thanks Rembrandt hotel and I will consider to book in again if I come again next time.

Pros: It's an easy distance from the local train station as well as from the bus stop to Haneda Airport. The neighborhood is also very convenient. Many shops or convenience stores are within walking distance.

Pros: This Hotel is quite a typical Japanese business hotel. Rooms were clean but very small. Location is in walking distance from the Hon-Atsugi station.
Cons: Front desk staff did not understand any English language. Breakfast room has all the desks/chairs facing to the television with no atmosphere at all.

Cons: I would rate 8-9 score for this hotel but... 1. The pillow is very flat(not such a big deal) but I found some guy hair on my pillow! They should clean it properly before another guest check in, this thing is unacceptable 2. The car park is far away from the hotel, if you drive a car, please note that you need to pay 900yen for parking. (Acceptable) 3. The air con is not working well, feel a bit hot at night

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm. I liked the fridge it was on and cold when I arrived.
Cons: The free breakfast was a bread roll and a cup of coffee. Not enough to feed a mouse. And the bathroom walls were covered in mold.
