Pros: Everything! (the room, the staff, the breakfast). Great bar (Stollen 1930) just next to the hotel - especially for gin lovers.

Cons: The breakfast (open buffet) got smaller now (2019). I remember in the past (~2016) it was much more 'wealthy', which was really super cool.

Cons: The rooms on the top floor don't have balcony and outdated. Towels were old and ripped. Mattresses were firm, but have a whole in the middle. Breakfast looks good in picture, but the portions are small and one has to ask for more what made us uncomfortable. Every table gets the same size platter (one, two or three guest). The price difference is too high when booking online or in person.

Pros: Amazing traditional house with breathtaking views around... very kind and friendly hosts!

Cons: WiFi annoyingly slow for uploading of files. Only good for reading/sending email, but not recommended for Internet entrepreneurs who need fast, reliable web access.

Cons: Private bathroom was inside of our room, not separated by the doors. Thus, it was a problem for us to take a shower while our baby (7months) was sleeping.

Pros: Owners Rosie and Leo were Great!! So very helpful. Breakfast was really good. I throughly enjoyed it! The location surrounded by hills and Mountains is breathtaking!

Pros: We arrived late but the lady at the reception was very nice. In the morning we've got cards that allowed us to spend the whole day in the region (we planned something else because we didn't know about the card) without spending money. The breakfast was good, we had gluten free bread as we asked. The rooms were relative simple but nice and clean. Very good value for money.

Pros: Very nice single room with balcony. I sleept very good. A fabulous breakfast for 8€. The room fares a very good, friendly owners.

Pros: I came way before check-in time at the property. The owner said my room was ready and I could enter, I was so happy! (Since I hadn’t slept for 24 hours). She also gave me a Kufsteinerland card, which you can use to enter attractions and local buses, what a surprise! (Also plenty activities/sightseeing/timetables information available) The room has everything you need, is super clean and gets cleaned (and new towels) everyday. Breakfast was good, a lot of choice and coffee service. The lady owner is really nice, she’s been helping me a lot by giving tips and lend me her bike. It’s nice to go to Kufstein by bicycle, since you see beautiful nature and waters. Somewhat it felt like I was back at my parent’s home again. The good care, warmth, hygiene made me feel at ease. I hope to come back soon again!

Cons: Sometimes it took some time for the shower to get warm. But not a big deal.

Cons: Paid 10 Euros extra for the dog to stay. It said on the booking form dogs MAY be charged.Immediately after making a non cancellable booking was advised that it was 10 Euros for one night. Too far from the town.

Pros: Very good breakfast. There was an egg boiler. Other egg and bacon dishes required additional payment. Breakfast room had a nice Kachelofen (tile stove). We ended up staying longer. Very friendly staff ensured we could stay in the same room.

Pros: The Location of Haus Mary within the village of Soll is perfect. less thank 50m to the centre and very quite.. We had the triple room, which had a balcony and great views of the Mountain. . The Ski bus stops outside the door in the morning and takes only about 5 minutes to arrive at the Gondola. It is too far to walk with skis and equipment . Would suggest you store your Ski and boots at ski shop near the Gondola Station as we did and we could then walk back in the evenings, stopping off at the odd Apres Ski Tavern or restaurant on the way home!

Cons: Breakfast is quite basic continental , ham , cheese, bread, juice . coffee. (no fruit) The shower cubicle in the room is only separated by a half curtain - so limited privacy / no where to dry off. Toilet was separate and no hand was basin

Pros: Lovely room with great views of Söll from the balcony. Very comfortable hotel and only a 15-20 min walk into town. There was a storage room for skis/boots and a minibus took us from the front of the hotel to the gondola

Pros: The cleanliness, styling, warmth and location helped make our stay perfect. Breakfast and dinner both delicious and highly recommended. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: No lift and no tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

Pros: Rooms in the rear have a terrace and a fabulous view of the nearby towering mountains. (Rooms facing the road have traffic noise.) The room was well laid out with pine and tile floors, a supremely comfortable bed, and faultless and large enough shower. WiFi worked fast and faultlessly. Breakfast had lots of choices, and at a cooking station, the staff happily made me an omelette. All staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The hotel is isolated but along the main road from Ebbs to Kufstein. Therefore, rooms facing the road can be noisy. The only lift is hidden near the restaurant, not easy to use or find. The only disabled handicap toilet is on the first floor up the elevator and then down three steps. Restaurant is OK for dinner but the breakfast is much, much better.

Pros: Spacious, clean, nice views, very friendly and helpful hosts, quite close to the main ski resorts of the area. (Söll is the closest and seems to be the most versatile and well-groomed). Excellent quality for the price paid. Read the reviews of my predecessors, they have already done all the praising job.

Cons: Maybe not really what I didn't like, but what I think future guests must be aware of: 1. The price at the Bookings.com does not include the compulsory cleaning fee (40 Euros per apartment). 2. The place is picturesque, but one must be aware of the very narrow, winding and steep road which leads to it. Be sure of your driving skills, good tires and, if it snows, have snow chains ready. 3. Hosts' English is very basic which is almost fully re-compensated by their extremely friendly attitude, though. 4. Wireless Internet access is free but censored: some ports essential for gaming are blocked and access to sites which the provider regards as adult (albeit which are perfectly legal) is restricted. 5. The apartments' capacity to accommodate guests seems to be more extensive than provided in the info at the Booking.com. We (3 adults and a 14 y.o. child) had to book 2 apartments because their maximum capacity was advertised as two adults and two adults with two children respectively. In fact, both apartments were two-bedroom and had 4 sleeping places each, with bed linen and even a small chocolate on each bed. The solution was very comfortable for us - everyone had their own bedroom, we had two kitchens and two bathrooms (the latter was crucial in the mornings!), but the tiny aftertaste of somewhat overpriced holidays remained. 6. It's not about the premises, it's about the ski resorts nearby: the color coding of pistes may be misleading. The blue ones had hard fragments which in some other resorts (e.g. at Chopok in Slovakia) would be marked red; many red pistes had a few very steep slopes which were black enough for me. By the end of the stay I started to think that it gave more fun to ski riding, but novices may feel terrified sometimes.
