Pros (+) The first member of staff to great us was lovely, young guy with short, light coloured hair, think he was local. Very friendly and helpful, excellent. We were given a room away from main part on third floor as the place was packed with very loud international students, so our room was quieter. Cons (-) Unfortunately the day we arrived a pair of men's pants were under the beds which had been pushed together to make a king sized bed. I was with my daughter and we wanted a twin room. The room was incredibly hot with a very small window which barely opened. View was lovely but hard to see round netting/ close stonework.They separated beds the next night, but the pants which we left by the bin weren'...
