Cons (-) Charge an "incidentals" charge to your card equal to 1 nights stay. Only possible incidentals are the safe $1.50 and phone. Its actually a damage security deposit. When you make a non-refundable reservation with any of kayaks vendors you aren't notified of this prior to making reservation.

Pros (+) CLEANING STAFF DID A GOOD JOB. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ORDERLY ON MY ARRIVAL EVERY EVENING AND THE MADE SURE I HADD THE EXTRA COFFEE SUPPLIES THAT I REQUESTED.
