Cons:

not getting a car - despite confirmed reservation , agent would not rent me a car because I planned to go beyond a mysterious 250 mile radius -- an issue that never came up during reservation process - instead, he was happy to give me a rental car from another agency at a " slightly" higher rate - like $ 50 higher ! entire experience was not only frustrating - but annoying - not using payless ever again ... siorry - not ever trying to use Payless again !

Cars smells like someone smokes there or just really bad, some small garbage inside and not clean outside. Usually Hertz is doing much better job. Place looks like not finished with very old sign of Hertz.
