Pros:It was a huge mistake to rent from this place. Stick to one of the more reputable companies at the airport. These people are not EZ they are a Canadian company renting on behalf of EZ and they are a RIP off.Cons:I have not had such bad service ever. Would never rent from EZ again. Big mistake not to have gone with Alamo, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise etc....Reviewed Dec 30 2019

Pros:BEWARE about the scam! There is nothing to like about the rental experience. 1) The car rental place is a mile away. Cons:You'll be forced to buy their in-house insurance whether you're insured yourself or not, or they'll simply cancel your reservation on the spot. Staff is hurried and rude. Shuttle drivers VERY dangerous on the road. Surprise upcharges for mileage despite "unlimited" on reservation. Horrific!Reviewed Sep 3 2019

Pros:The car itself is as very nice.Cons:The staff could NOT have been more rude. I bought the necessary insurance, online, at the time of booking for the Canadian Car Rental, then the counter person said it was not good, I need to buy their insurance ($11.25 per day additional). You ruin my christmasPros:NothingCons:I didnt get the car because after i paíd for it when we arrived at the airport they told me i needed a credit car and i dont have one so we couldnt get the car in christmas eve and they told to cancel so i did and when i did it they charge a cancelation Fee of 200 dls so we end up without a car and 200dls down on christmas eve at 11pm and all the luggage on the Street paying 93dls for a Taxi so it was the worst christmas everReviewed Jan 3 2019

Huge scammers!!!Pros:I have nothing good to say!Cons:We went to pick up the car and they said we get only 200km per day and then it’s $.021 per KM. So we requested to see if they can do something because we are on a budget and $200 is quite steep for renting a car for 3 days and especially when I reserved it online it said unlimited but Apparently that doesn’t apply to local residents of Ontario. So the guy at the counter said I’ll give you more KM and lower the charge to $0.15 per KM and we were grateful. But little did I know that they put on the basic insurance which was close to $45 A DAY!!! And I declined it too because I had my own insurance!! And to top it off they tried to charge us for a scratch on the front bumper which was already there. Ahmed who i think is the manager said let me look at our records and then finally said “oh it was already there”. I was completely shocked when our total was $311 for 3 days!!! The insurance was more than the car rental. From $90 we ended with $311! It was my bad for not looking at the reviews before I booked this place because everyone pretty much has the same complain. I will complain with the better business bureau because this place needs to stop ripping people off of their hard earned money! i will also advise Kayak to stop doing business with this company based on the reviews and the fact that these guys are scammers. Oh by the way this location is in Mississauga on airport road.Reviewed Jan 2 2019

Worst car rental experience everCons:Long wait time for shuttle and at rental office during pickup and drop off. Dirty car. Did not honor class of car booked saying they have no SUV’s, Gave me a downgrade to a smaller car. Poor customer service with no interest in quick service. Wanted to charge me for an extra day when the car was returned on time. Spoke with other waiting customers, they shared my sentiments. Will not rent from this place again.Reviewed Dec 30 2018

It’s a trapCons:Very rude staff they force you to buy insurance even if you have your own insurance also always overcharge and don’t stick to the quoted price. They don’t give you the car you booked and try to downgrade your car.Reviewed Dec 20 2018
