Location superb! Friendly staff, full of good local knowledge. Room was okay, no hot tub for us though
Air conditioning not too good. Not all rooms have access to hot tubs
The breakfast was good, except that they unexpectedly ran out of smoked salmon...and there were only two orders !
Dripping tap, despite me reporting it. No dressing gown. Chandelier light too low kept hitting my head ! Over large TV screen also hit my head on it twice due to poor positioning. Staff almost never at the desk had to wait until they emerged from somewhere. Only foam pillows, no feather at all. Cheapskates. Windows did not open properly, and badly in need of repainting.
Lovely room for romantic break!
Very eclectic and quirky, good quality hotel. 5 minutes to walk into the centre of city, so great location. The bed was so comfortable. Stayed in the indigo room with the shower over looking the room, and nicer that it had curtains to draw over the glass, if you want some privacy.. Had a fantastic trip into town visiting the many pubs, with the favourites being the revolution, champagne bar and the market tavern ( one extreme to the other). Food in revolution was delicious ordering the tapas (sticky chicken was so yummy!) Small Market open on Saturday in the square and plenty of shops to wander into. Great visit.
Room very warm, used AC but as unit was in window and drew heavy curtains to keep light out didn’t feel the benefit, room was provided with a fan though so that was great to keep cool.
